Subscription Fees

Staff7 operates on a subscription-based billing model. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan.

Free Trial / Evaluation

Where applicable, customers are encouraged to evaluate Staff7 during any available trial or demo period before purchasing a paid subscription.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital software services and immediate access to platform features, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billing has occurred.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Billing errors caused by technical issues
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by our team
  • Exceptional cases reviewed at Staff7’s discretion

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but the current billing period will remain active until its expiration date.

No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Failed Service Delivery

If Staff7 experiences a prolonged technical issue that prevents reasonable access to core services, customers may contact us for review and possible account credit or refund consideration.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
