1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Staff7, including its website, desktop software, dashboard, tools, and related services operated by Union Enterprises Pakistan. By accessing, registering for, purchasing, subscribing to, installing, or using Staff7, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Staff7.
2. About Staff7
Staff7 is a workforce management, monitoring, and operational oversight software platform intended for business and workplace use. Depending on the plan, configuration, and deployment, Staff7 may include features such as attendance tracking, activity monitoring, screenshot capture, productivity reporting, session and usage logs, operational dashboards, team visibility tools, virtual office functionality, and administrative controls and analytics. We may modify, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Staff7 at any time.
3. Business and Workplace Use
Staff7 is intended primarily for use by businesses, employers, managers, and authorized organizations for internal operational purposes. If you purchase or use Staff7 on behalf of a company, organization, or employer, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Eligibility
You may use Staff7 only if: you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; the information you provide is accurate and current; and your use of Staff7 does not violate any applicable law, regulation, employment obligation, or third-party right.
5. Account Registration and Security
To use some or all parts of Staff7, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, keep your login credentials secure, remain responsible for all activities under your account, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, create risk, violate these Terms, or harm Staff7 or its users.
6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Staff7 may be offered through paid subscriptions, plan-based licensing, add-ons, promotional offers, demos, or enterprise arrangements. By subscribing to or purchasing Staff7, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your selected plan or package. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance, subscriptions may renew automatically for the same billing cycle, pricing may change in the future, and promotional or launch pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access.
7. License to Use Staff7
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Union Enterprises Pakistan grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Staff7 for internal business and administrative purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of Staff7 or any related intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell Staff7 without reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; bypass technical restrictions, user limits, security controls, or subscription restrictions; or use Staff7 in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.
8. Employer and Customer Responsibilities
If you use Staff7 to monitor employees, contractors, remote teams, or other personnel, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable labor, employment, workplace surveillance, privacy, and data protection laws; giving all necessary notices to workers or users; obtaining any required consents or acknowledgements; configuring Staff7 in a lawful and appropriate manner; and making employment, HR, disciplinary, payroll, or compliance decisions using your own judgment. Union Enterprises Pakistan does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your internal compliance obligations or workplace practices.
9. User Data and Content
In connection with your use of Staff7, you may submit, upload, transmit, store, or process information including account and company details, employee or team data, attendance records, screenshots, activity and session logs, productivity data, reports, communications, files, and documents. You retain ownership of your data and content. However, you grant Union Enterprises Pakistan a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, transmit, display, back up, and use such data solely as necessary to operate, support, maintain, secure, and improve Staff7, and to comply with law. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data you upload or process through Staff7.
10. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You agree not to use Staff7 for unlawful surveillance or tracking; to violate privacy, labor, antidiscrimination, or employment rights; to harass, defame, threaten, or harm others; to upload malware, harmful code, or abusive automated requests; to interfere with Staff7’s infrastructure, systems, or security; or to misuse screenshots, logs, reports, or internal records generated by the platform.
11. Third-Party Services
Staff7 may integrate with or rely on third-party hosting providers, analytics tools, communication systems, billing providers, cloud services, or infrastructure partners. We are not responsible for the uptime, policies, security practices, or conduct of third-party services.
12. Availability and Service Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature access, or error-free operation. We may add, remove, or change features, set or revise usage limits, perform maintenance, suspend or restrict access, or discontinue part or all of Staff7.
13. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Staff7, including its software, systems, interface, workflows, reports, branding, graphics, documentation, and related materials, are owned by Union Enterprises Pakistan and/or its licensors. You may not use our name, branding, or proprietary materials without written permission.
14. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions about Staff7, we may use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Staff7, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, payment fails or remains overdue, your account creates legal, security, technical, or operational risk, your use harms Staff7, our interests, or other users, or we discontinue the service. You may stop using Staff7 at any time.
16. Data Retention and Deletion
We may retain, archive, anonymize, or delete data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, plan limits, technical processes, backup cycles, legal obligations, security needs, and internal retention practices.
17. Disclaimer
Staff7 is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Union Enterprises Pakistan disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that Staff7 will always be available, secure, or error-free; data will never be lost, delayed, corrupted, or inaccessible; or reports, screenshots, logs, analytics, or outputs will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for legal, HR, payroll, disciplinary, or compliance decisions without your own independent review.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Union Enterprises Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, contracts, savings, or opportunities arising out of or relating to Staff7. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Staff7 shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for Staff7 during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Union Enterprises Pakistan, its proprietor, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of Staff7, your data or content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your workplace monitoring, employment, privacy, or consent practices.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the website or within Staff7. The updated Terms become effective on the stated effective date. Your continued use of Staff7 after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
